Introducing

Tereva GALOPIN

photo : Vaikehu Chan

Tereva Galopin grew up in the world of restaurants, surrounded by pots, plates, and the rhythm of a working kitchen.

He took over Le Sully at a young age while learning the foundations of cooking alongside his father, who passed on rigor, technique, and respect for ingredients. After an intense year, Tereva traveled to France to further refine his culinary skills and broaden his perspective.

Upon returning to Polynesia, he took on the challenge of reviving Le Soufflé, a struggling restaurant at the time, transforming it into a success before refocusing his energy on Le Sully.

For over five years, Tereva has been actively promoting local producers through Te Ao du Marumaru, while also offering private dining experiences for a select number of guests, where cuisine becomes a moment of sharing and transmission.
